service to the retail car industry, we have now expanded our operation to

include the general public so that you, too, can benefit from our reliability

and experience. 

Finest City Registration has a highly motivated team, dedicated to giving you

the personalized, effective, and efficient service you deserve.  Owner and founder,

Shaundra Flanigan, has 17 years experience working with the Department of Motor

Vehicles (DMV) on behalf of clients.  This experience has given her knowledge and

skills in the car registration arena that are unequaled in San Diego.  She has used 

this expertise to train the rest of the team at Finest City Registration- Office Manager,  

Rory Flanigan and Client Representative, Elena Dela Cruz.  Our aim is to make your car
